The recyclers that operate by distilling contaminated solvents/thinners or water from the manufacturing processes involved in producing paints, coatings and printing inks, back to virgin condition.

The recyclers offer great financial savings by recovering up to 80-90% of dirty solvent/thinners or water, thereby saving 80-90% of the replacement cost as well as reducing the environmental impact caused by disposing of contaminated product.

The range of recyclers covers the small user [15 – 60 litre per day], medium sized user [90 – 200 litre per day] and the large user [300 – 4000 litre per day and upwards].
These range from basic, economy models right up to sophisticated, fully automated processing plants, capable of operating 24 hour per day with very little supervision.
Typical recycle times are around 4 – 6 hours irrespective of batch size, and usually governed by the composition and boiling point of the product being recycled.
The solvents can be recycled indefinitely, as their characteristics are not altered.

The automated recyclers can form a closed loop in conjunction with our WASH EQUIPMENT

We are able to offer the following advantages:

  • In the units of the DYnamic series, a rotating scraper having adjustable metallic blades keeps the content to be treated constantly in movement allowing maximum extraction of the residues from the boiler’s wall and bottom.

  • An automatic drying cycle will allow the residues to be extracted in solid or powder state.

  • This forms a solid waste, and no longer needs to be handled as a flammable hazardous waste.

  • This in turn reduces the cost of waste disposal.

  • Extracting all the solvent has the added benefit of an increased yield of clean solvent.
