WASHING MIXING VESSELS (large and small) PRODUCTS:
WASH MACHINES FOR INDUSTRIAL CONTAINERS AND MIXING VESSELS
-
- Production of paint, coatings, inks, chemicals requires the use of drums/pots/tanks for the ingredients to be blended in.
- Similarly food and confectionary manufacture has the similar requirements, with the added requirement for total hygiene.
- Bulk liquid goods are often transported in barrels, IBC and tankers.
- Hospitals and medical facilities use a large range of containers of various configurations.
All these containers need to be thoroughly cleaned after use, from all pollution, so that they can be fed back into the system for future use.
CEB Impianti, Italy produce a wide range of equipment designed to clean these vessels, to the high degree required by each specific use.
Cleaning is done with solvent or water spray [water with or without the incorporation of soda], the pressure used is generally 40 bar [household water supply by comparison is only in the region of 6-8 bar], and in some instances we use pressure of 400 – 800 bar.
Brushes may also be incorporated if required for difficult cleaning applications.
In many cases the washing equipment can form a closed loop with our SOLVENT RECYCLING equipment.
Please page down for a look at some of our equipment, and note that we can tailor the equipment to your requirements, however varied they may be.
Our partner is CEB Impianti, located in Italy.
